This beautiful summer home sits on the ocean in Brooksville, Maine.
This was not a new build; rather, it was a total renovation from inside out. Everything in the house- cabinets, walls, ceiling, posts, etc.- was all refinished and all cosmetic finishes were redone.
Looking at the cabinetry, there are several custom finishes employed in this home- colored washes and whitewashing, etc.
Hewes & Company is currently constructing a guest house on this property, too.
